"I recently moved all of my insurance needs to THIS State Farm office, because I wanted lower prices and exceptional customer service. Boy, did did I get both in spades! Today I asked to speak with Jacob or Jordan, but they were both working with other customers. "Perhaps I can answer your questions?" Roya offered, and for the next 30 minutes, I grilled her with an onslaught of rapid-fire questions about every sevice, opportunity and option available for my homes, cars and rental properties that were now insured by her boss's agency. "I had a wonderful experience with this State Farm office. I randomly called for a homeowners quote and received it the same day. Jessica Johnson worked her magic and I ended up bundling my autos, and motorcycles with the HO and got a very good deal beating the pants off Progressives rates. She is so knowledgeable about the products and applied credits that I didn’t know existed. Once this was finalized I opted for a life insurance policy as well. Obtaining insurance is never fun but I really feel like Jessica did the heavy lifting for me. I highly recommend this agency, and Jessica as well."
